Mary Ellen Ramage is the Manager, Borough of Etna for 40 years and is a CONNECT Founding member and longstanding Treasurer/Secretary. Ramage also sits on the Governor Wolf's Ohio Water Resources Regional Committee and is a Co-founder of the Etna Economic Development Corporation, Etna Community Organization and Etna EcoDistrict, the first certified EcoDistrict in the world.
