Andrew Flynn

Andrew Flynn, Commissioner in Mt. Lebanon and the CONNECT Chair, has worked with public agencies across the United States, bringing expertise in the development and implementation of capital programs with a special focus on transportation and green infrastructure. Flynn has professionally worked as a municipal advisor, trustee, and founder of a software company to help public agencies manage their borrowing programs.
