Kelley Kelley is the LEAD Community Engagement Coordinator for CONNECT at the University of Pittsburgh. LEAD is a national model for pre-arrest diversion that CONNECT is piloting in several municipalities in Allegheny County. Kelley came to CONNECT from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Medicine where she worked as a Grant Coordinator. She served 2 terms as Mayor in Turtle Creek Borough and is a well-known community advocate for people with substance use disorders and their families. Kelley sits on the steering committee of the Pittsburgh Recovery Walk, has a B.A in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.A. in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
